After 15+ years working in "corporate" America, Tammy El Shami knew she needed a change when the work she was doing was no longer fulfilling or bringing her much satisfaction. Two months before turning 40, she made the courageous first step by giving notice that her last day of work would be the day before her 40th birthday in January 2022.

After a birthday trip to Mexico and a year of exploring various interests, she expanded her knowledge on becoming an entrepreneur.

Passionate about organizing, planning, brainstorming, & self-improvement, in 2023, Tammy started Work. Life. Sorted. LLC which provides coaching & project support for individuals, entrepreneurs, & small businesses.

She is also studying Human Design & learning to implement it as part of her daily life. By sharing her experiences she hopes to inspire others to transform their life by living in alignment & happiness.
